WHY IS THIS PRIVACY NOTICE PROVIDED?

The site management methods regarding treatment of personal data is described on this page.
This is a notice, according to article 13 of legislative decree no. 196/2003, dealing with the protection of personal data for those who interact with web services accessible through electronic equipment starting with the addresses shown on this web page.
This notice is only provided for the indicated websites and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.
The notice also draws from Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authority, coming together in a Group created by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/EEC, adopted on May 17, 2001. It deals with personal data protection and helps identify some minimum requirements for collecting personal data online and, in particular, the methods used and the time period and nature of the information that the data controllers must supply to the users when they connect to the web pages, regardless of the aim of the connection.
This Recommendation and a summary description of its purpose are shown on other pages of these websites.

Following consultation of these websites, data can be processed regarding persons that have been identified or that can be identified.
The controller of personal data is Image Line S.r.l., with its headquarters on Via Gallo Marcucci 24 - 48018 - Faenza (RA).

DATA PROCESSING LOCATION

The data received through connection to web services offered by these websites is processed at Image Line s.r.l. The data is only handled by technicians that work in the office responsible for this job, or by persons responsible for occasional maintenance jobs, if necessary. No data derived from web services is disclosed or dispersed.
Personal data supplied by users who send requests to receive information (bulletins, cd-roms, newsletters, yearly reports, answers to questions, contracts and provisions, etc.) is used for the sole purpose of providing the requested service or operation. The information systems and software procedures used to make these websites operate acquire some personal data during their normal course of operation. Transmission of this personal data is implied in the use of internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected with the intention of identifying the interested parties, however, due to the nature of the information itself, it may allow the user to be identified through elaborations and associations made with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or dominion names of the computers used by the users to connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to make the request to the server, the dimension of the reply file received, the numeric code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (completed correctly, error, etc.) and the parameters regarding the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of extracting anonymous statistics on website use and controlling correct operation. It is deleted immediately after being elaborated. The data can also be used for ascertaining responsibility in cases of hypothetical computer crimes that damage the websites. With the exception of the aforementioned case, at the present time web contact data is eliminated after seven days.

Data Supplied by the User Voluntarily
If the user voluntarily and expressly uses the option of sending e-mails to the addresses indicated on these websites, the user’s address will be acquired. This is necessary for responding to any requests made by the user. Any other personal data found in the message will also be acquired for the same reason.

COOKIES

Specific security measures are adopted to protect the data against loss, unlawful use or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS

Interested parties who provide their personal data have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of any personal information held that relates to them, know the personal data content and origin, check its accuracy or request it to be integrated, updated or corrected (art. 7, legislative decree no. 196/2003).
According to the same article, the interested parties have the right to request the deletion, the transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of unlawfully processed information. The interested parties also have the right to object to the processing of their personal information for legitimate reasons.
